Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in baking or a related field
  • established proficiency in baking methodologies, criteria, and health and safety protocols
  • certification essential for achieving food safety certification(s)
  • competency in basic arithmetic and numerical calculations
  • proficient in interpersonal interactions and communication, encompassing strong skills in both written and oral expression
  • ability to manage physical activities like lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking/standing
  • willingness to wear specific uniforms and personal protective equipment

Job Duties

  • Create a selection of baked treats by adhering to production standards and following prescribed recipes
  • organize your workstation with all the required baking equipment and ingredients
  • organize the components by measuring, weighing, combining, chopping, and other essential preparation steps
  • employ baking machinery including ovens, stovetops, and mixers
  • use utensils, such as knives, carefully and responsibly when preparing meals
  • maintain proper storage of food in accordance with safety regulations
  • after utilizing work areas, equipment, and tools, make sure to sanitize them to maintain cleanliness standards
  • deliver outstanding customer service and exhibit a pleasant demeanor when engaging with individuals such as guests, clients, customers, and peers
  • comply with Aramark's safety policies, which involve observing appropriate food handling and hygiene practices
  • maintain the protection of corporate assets through the implementation of prescribed security measures
