Job Requirements

  • ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing or walking for extended periods
  • willingness to adhere to company uniform policies and properly wear personal protective equipment (ppe) as required

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a baker or in a related food service field preferred
  • solid understanding of baking techniques, industry standards, and health and safety guidelines
  • must hold or be willing to obtain mandatory food safety certifications
  • proficiency in basic math and accurate counting skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal

Job Duties

  • produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • organize baking station by gathering all essential equipment and ingredients
  • prepare components by quantifying, weighing, blending, chopping, and other necessary preparations
