Job Requirements

  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing or walking for extended shifts
  • Willingness to comply with company uniform policies
  • Consistently wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a baker or in a similar food service role is highly preferred
  • Proven understanding of baking methods, quality standards, and health and safety protocols
  • Must currently hold or be willing to obtain mandatory food safety certifications
  • Solid foundation in basic math and accurate counting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact clearly in both written and verbal formats

Job Duties

  • Utilize standardized recipes and production guidelines to bake a variety of goods
  • Organize baking station by gathering all essential equipment and ingredients
  • Prepare ingredients through measuring, weighing, blending, dicing, and other relevant procedures
  • Use baking equipment such as ovens, cookers, and mixers
  • Take precautions to use utensils safely and effectively during preparation
  • Implement proper storage practices as outlined in food safety policies
  • Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Maintain excellent customer service and a positive demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues
  • Follow Aramark's safety protocols focusing on food safety and sanitation practices
  • Adhere to prescribed security protocols to protect company resources
