Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- 1+ years retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- effective interpersonal and customer service skills
- friendly, approachable and outgoing demeanor
- sound judgement and decision making skills
- strong math skills including calculating discounts, proportions, percentages
- basic algebra and geometry skills including calculating circumferences and volume
- ability to read and interpret documents including training manuals
- good oral and written communication skills
- ability to speak effectively to groups of customers and employees
- willingness to maintain flexible work shifts and be open to relocation
- physical capability to perform tasks involving walking, standing, lifting (5 to 80 lbs), pushing/pulling heavy objects (200 to 2000 lbs), exposure to temperature extremes
