The role of a Bakery Associate is integral to the success of our retail bakery department. This position requires a versatile, energetic individual who can handle a variety of tasks with precision and care, ensuring that every customer receives fresh, high-quality bakery products alongside friendly and knowledgeable service. The Bakery Associate will assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals while maintaining quality assurance standards throughout daily operations. Additionally, this role plays a critical part in creating a welcoming environment for customers by answering their questions, providing product suggestions, and ensuring an attractive and well-stocked bakery section.
