Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- prior work experience preferred but not required in food service such as restaurant or deli
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- adaptable to different situations and shifting priorities
- ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions
- ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- ability to move, lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds without assistance
- frequent reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling, crouching, twisting
- ability to stand and/or walk continuously during shifts
- visual acuity to verify information often in small print
- may be exposed to all weather conditions as well as inside variations in heat, cold, dust and humidity
- may be exposed to cleaning solvents or chemicals
- may be exposed to allergens such as latex, eggs, nuts, soy and wheat
- employment contingent on successful completion of PEP survey, drug screen, reference check and background check

Job Duties
- support food service department operations including readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, financial goals, cleanliness, and equipment safety
- support replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock management, reclamation, returns, damages, and reworks
- adhere to proper equipment cleaning and maintenance procedures
- follow company and food safety guidelines for food production and processing, ensuring products are properly packaged, weighed, priced and labeled
- maintain food service department cleaning standards using approved equipment and cleaning chemicals
- use critical thinking to define and solve problems effectively
- consistently produce high quality products and adhere to safety procedures
