The Grocery Clerk (Bakery/Deli) plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting our department's goals for sales, profits, and quality assurance. The clerk assists customers by offering product recommendations, providing samples, and communicating daily specials, helping customers discover new products and enjoy their shopping experience. Additionally, this role requires maintaining product freshness, managing inventory, labeling, and stocking items correctly to minimize waste and shrinkage.
