Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food preparation or retail environment preferred
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines
- Ability to operate bakery and deli equipment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Qualifications

- Experience in bakery or deli food preparation preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to use bakery equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, and ovens
- Strong customer service skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare items per customer requests using proper bakery equipment
- Offer product samples to help customers discover new items or products
- Inform customers of bakery and deli specials
- Provide customers with fresh products and correct portion sizes to prevent shrink
- Recommend deli or bakery items to customers
- Use all bakery equipment according to company guidelines
- Prepare foods according to food temperature logs and cooking instructions
