- ability to obtain current food handlers permit once employed
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- willingness to adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines

Job Duties
- Prepare bakery items per customer requests using proper bakery equipment
- offer product samples to customers to help with discovery
- inform customers of bakery specials
- provide customers with fresh products in correct portion sizes to prevent shrink
- recommend bakery items to customers
- use bakery equipment according to company guidelines
- prepare foods following temperature logs and cooking instructions
