We are currently seeking a dedicated Bakery Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding customer experiences through exceptional service and maintaining the high standards that define our bakery department. As a Bakery Associate, you will support the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals by ensuring product quality, proper merchandising, and compliance with health and safety regulations. You will have the opportunity to assist customers by answering product-related questions, offering product samples, preparing bakery items—including custom orders like wedding cakes—and decorating a variety of baked goods with attention to detail and creativity.

Your responsibilities will also include monitoring product freshness, managing inventory, stocking, labeling, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment. We value individuals who can work effectively under pressure, communicate clearly, and show genuine enthusiasm for helping customers. Fluency in a second language is a plus and will enhance your ability to connect with a broader customer base.
