BAKERY/CAKE DECORATOR

The role demands attentiveness to product quality by routinely checking freshness, reviewing sell-by dates, and taking appropriate actions to maintain standards.\n\nBeyond direct customer interaction and product handling, this position includes logistical duties such as labeling, stocking, signing, and inventory management of department merchandise. The staff member will monitor inventory discrepancies and report order or shipping issues to the department manager promptly. An understanding of the store layout and current promotions is essential to assist customers effectively. Adherence to all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations is mandatory, alongside the company's guidelines regarding merchandising, labor control, loss prevention, food safety, and accident reporting.
