Additionally, employees will be responsible for labeling, stocking, signing, and inventorying bakery department merchandise, reporting any ordering or shipping discrepancies, and maintaining awareness of inventory and stocking conditions to ensure smooth operations. Employees must actively participate in safety programs, promptly notify management of any unsafe conditions or security concerns such as theft or fraud, and practice preventive maintenance by inspecting bakery equipment regularly. Ideal candidates possess prior retail and bakery experience, including cake decorating skills, and are capable of handling stressful situations effectively. Job Duties
