We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Bakery Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to both maintaining high bakery standards and providing exceptional service to customers. As a Bakery Associate, you will be responsible for presenting bakery products in an inviting manner, ensuring the freshness and quality of all items, and assisting customers by answering their questions and providing suitable recommendations. This role involves handling bakery equipment safely, decorating cakes and pastries creatively, and maintaining department safety and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities also include inventory management, merchandising, and supporting the department manager in achieving sales and profit objectives.
