We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our bakery department where your role will be centered on delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position entails creating a welcoming environment in which customers feel valued and appreciated. As a bakery associate, you will assist the department manager by helping achieve sales and profit goals while upholding quality assurance standards to maintain the high standards our customers expect. Your responsibilities will extend to preparing bakery items upon customer request, utilizing all bakery equipment safely and efficiently, offering samples, and promoting bakery specials to drive sales.
