Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake pastries, breads, desserts, and other baked goods as per standardized recipes and presentation norms
- Measure out, combine, portion, and get ready the components for the daily baking tasks
- Safely manage and maintain baking machinery and equipment in good condition
- Monitor the functioning of ovens and kitchen instruments to verify the right cooking durations and heat levels
- Observe food safety and sanitation policies, which encompass proper food storage, personal cleanliness, and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Adhere to kitchen guidelines for workstation setup and breakdown
- Make sure that each batch prepared during the shift meets the required standards of food quality and consistency
- Maintain a neat, secure, and structured bakery/kitchen area to guarantee a hygienic and hazard-free workplace
- Ensure professional communication with team members and guests is upheld as needed
- Be there for your colleagues and contribute to a harmonious team atmosphere
- Undertake supplementary duties and tasks as designated by supervisors
