This specific role involves performing a variety of functions related to customer service, stocking, and sanitation within a fast-paced and friendly environment. It requires team members to engage with customers and fellow employees with courtesy and professionalism at all times, ensuring a positive and welcoming company image. The position demands adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures and the flexibility to support other team functions as necessary. Being a team player, working on the floor, assisting customers, and supporting the overall store operations are key aspects of the role.
Responsibilities include weighing, pricing, and packaging customer orders; staying informed about menu changes and specials; following cash handling procedures; monitoring product quality and freshness; managing product rotation; recording spoilage and transfers; and maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment. Team members are expected to provide excellent customer service, strategically sell products, comply with health and safety standards, assist in store opening and closing tasks, and promptly report any safety hazards.

Job Requirements
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- able to stand and walk for 6 to 8 hours during an 8-hour shift
- ability to use hands for single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- capable of bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- ability to work in temperatures around 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- able to work in wet and dry conditions
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders
- no prior retail experience required

Job Duties
- weighs, prices, and packages customer orders
- understands venue menus and stays abreast of specials and menu changes
- follows cash handling procedures related to the service venues
- monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation
- completes product spoilage and transfer records as needed
- arrives to work station on time, dressed and ready to work for all scheduled shifts
- provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling techniques
- maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of products
- complies with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties
- immediately reports safety hazards and violations
- performs other duties as assigned
