Job Requirements

  • No prior retail experience required
  • ability to lift 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Weighs, prices, and packages customer orders
  • understands venue menus, stays abreast of specials and menu changes
  • follows cash handling procedures related to service venues
  • monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation
  • completes product spoilage and transfer records
  • arrives to workstation on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work
  • works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings
  • provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs in a timely and effective manner and models suggestive selling techniques
  • answers phones and pages promptly and courteously
  • maximizes sales potential through effective prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
  • follows and ensures compliance with procedures including health, sanitation, and safe work practices
  • maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
