Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work 5-8 hours standing and walking
- Capability to lift up to 50lbs frequently and up to 100lbs occasionally
- Ability to push/pull weights up to 2400lbs with assistance
- Comfortable working in hot environments for prolonged periods
- Good manual dexterity and finger movement
- Ability to squat, kneel frequently
- Availability to work varied shifts and locations if needed
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience in bakery operations or retail food environment preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with bakery equipment operation

Job Duties
- Assist with the bakery operation within the retail store environment including preparation, baking, merchandising and final presentation of all bakery products
- Consistently provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Smile, make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling requests
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Assist with and create customer special orders such as cake orders
- Operate bakery department equipment including ovens, mixers, and utensils
- Adhere to corporate and state sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Control product shrink through adherence to policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
