Your responsibilities will encompass preparing, baking, and merchandising an array of bakery products under the direction of the bakery manager or first clerk. Working in this role, you will maintain a clean and organized workstation following the 5S standards and corporate sanitation policies. The Bakery Associate is also responsible for operating bakery equipment such as ovens and mixers and may assist or create special customer orders, including custom cake requests.
The role requires constant interaction with customers and involves providing fast, friendly, and helpful service. You will be expected to maintain positive engagement by smiling, making eye contact, and thanking customers, enhancing the overall shopping experience. This position offers an hourly pay range of $16.75 to $20.95, reflecting the skills and dedication required. Working hours typically accommodate a full shift with physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and occasional lifting of heavier items. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally lift heavier weights up to 100 lbs
- Ability to stand walk and perform physical bakery tasks for extended periods
- Must comply with state and corporate sanitation regulations
- Must be able to operate bakery equipment safely
- Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Familiarity with bakery equipment preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
