The Bakery Teammate position at Woods Supermarket is an hourly, part-time role with a pay range of $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager or Fresh Manager, this role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, quality, and presentation of bakery products offered to customers. The Bakery Teammate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by adhering to the store’s high standards of food safety, sanitation, and customer service at all times. This position requires working indoors in environments with varying temperatures and humidity, as well as occasional outdoor work. Safety and compliance with federal, state, and local laws are paramount in this role.

As a Bakery Teammate, you will embody the Woods Supermarket’s D>E service and Hospitality 4 culture, which emphasize positive attitudes, honesty, and teamwork.
