This role is part of the Bakery team, responsible for supporting a dynamic and engaging retail environment by ensuring that the bakery area is well-maintained, stocked, and presented according to Whole Foods Market’s high standards. This position involves receiving deliveries, preparing bakery products, maintaining clean and appealing displays, and actively engaging with customers to provide exceptional service. Working in this role, Team Members contribute to maintaining a fresh, inviting bakery department that supports the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires teamwork, a proactive attitude toward sales, and adherence to all health and safety regulations and store procedures. Employing strong communication and organization skills ensures that shoppers have an excellent experience and that the bakery department operates efficiently and safely. The position is hourly, with a pay range of $19.00 to $25.40 based on experience and performance.
