Job Duties
- Receive and prepare bakery products
- maintain bakery area and displays
- break down deliveries and stock shelves
- front-face products and rotate stock to ensure freshness
- clean shelves, bins, and display areas
- monitor and prevent spoilage
- communicate waste to management
- assist with sampling programs
- participate in inventory checks
- provide outstanding customer service
- follow health and sanitation regulations
- perform opening, mid, and closing duties
