The Fresh Market is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team in various departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. This role focuses on providing exceptional guest service by engaging with customers, assisting them in creating meal solutions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and weekly specials, and ensuring the store environment is hospitable and well-stocked. Team members will be responsible for merchandising, stocking specialty items, assisting guests throughout the store, and performing general housekeeping duties such as gathering shopping carts. Professionalism and adherence to uniform standards are important aspects of this role, as team members represent the brand and contribute to a positive shopping atmosphere.
