This role is designed for a passionate team member ready to contribute to our mission of exceptional customer experience across various departments. The successful candidate may be placed in Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, or Front-End, where they will work closely with customers and fellow team members to ensure that every guest receives the best possible service. Key responsibilities include engaging guests to understand their needs and assisting them in creating meal solutions, maintaining updated product knowledge including weekly specials, and ensuring the store's atmosphere remains hospitable and welcoming. Team members will be expected to support merchandising, stocking, and general housekeeping duties such as gathering shopping carts, contributing to a clean and well-organized shopping space.
