This role is versatile and offers the opportunity to work in any of The Fresh Market’s departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The key responsibility of this position is to consistently provide excellent guest service. This entails engaging with customers to understand their needs and assist them in creating personalized meal solutions, maintaining extensive product knowledge including weekly promotions, and collaborating across departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

In addition to customer interaction, team members are expected to contribute to creating a hospitable shopping environment by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout their shifts, ensuring that the storefront is inviting and well maintained. Duties also include gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and assisting with general housekeeping to keep the store clean and orderly. Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards are important aspects of the role, reflecting the company’s commitment to quality and professionalism.
