The Fresh Market is currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic team members who have the flexibility to work across various departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role involves consistently delivering excellent guest service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them create meal solutions suited to their preferences. Team members are expected to maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products and weekly promotions to provide accurate and helpful advice, regardless of the department they work in. In addition to customer interactions, team members participate in merchandising and stocking products throughout the day, ensuring shelves and specialty sections are well maintained and inviting. The position also includes supporting operational functions such as gathering shopping carts and assisting in general housekeeping tasks to maintain the store’s cleanliness and organization.
