Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen
- Proven leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee pastry production by supervising and participating in the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts for all food and beverage outlets
- inspect for quality by ensuring pastry cooks follow recipes and quality guidelines while inspecting food for taste, texture, and presentation
- develop new pastry offerings by creating and refining pastry items for à la carte and catering menus as needed
- manage inventory needs by preparing daily requisitions for pastry supplies and ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations
- support team performance by training, scheduling, and supervising team members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment
- uphold regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
