We are currently seeking a talented Bakery Specialist to join our team. This full-time role is focused on providing client and customer bakery training and retail support within an assigned territory. The Bakery Specialist will conduct in-store bakery training sessions, manage client support through regular store visits, and develop strong working relationships with both In-Store and Sales Operations personnel. This position requires a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage time and priorities. Reporting and feedback to management will be an essential part of the role, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals. The Bakery Specialist will contribute significantly to enhancing the bakery offerings and customer experience, leveraging their advanced skills in baking and cake decorating. Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
1-3 years of baking experience in areas such as donuts, dry mix, frozen dough, proof and bake, and/or cake decorating
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
Proficiency in smartphone usage including email
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and efficiently
Ability to effectively communicate over the phone and through email
Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Ability to build effective working relationships
Creative problem solving and project management skills
Excellent critical thinking and analytical ability
Unquestionable work ethics, personal integrity, and honesty
Travel as appropriate

Job Qualifications

Advanced cake decorating skills with the ability to create unique and on-trend cake designs
Advanced to master baking skills with the ability to work with mix and doughs

Job Duties

Manage client and customer support in assigned territory by conducting store visits
Conduct in-store bakery training in assigned market area
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with In-Store and Sales Operations personnel
Prepare reports and provide feedback to management as needed
Perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned
