Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 0-3 years of experience in bakery or similar environment
- knowledge of basic math including counting, addition, and subtraction
- current food handler's permit once employed
- must be at least 18 years old to use sharp knives, ladders, scaffolds above six feet, or operate powered equipment
- ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- ability to lift or carry products up to 60 pounds
- ability to push or pull up to 100 pounds
- must follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
- ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service to guests
- receive, stock, and prepare bakery merchandise
- wrap, weigh, and price bakery products
- rotate and merchandise bakery items
- prepare baked food products to company standards
- package, label, and inventory ingredients and products
- check product quality and freshness
- operate kitchen equipment including stoves, scales, and bread slicers
- maintain bakery trays, display cases, and ingredient bins
- assist customers promptly and courteously
- perform cleaning and sanitation duties according to regulations
- unload, organize, and restock supplies
- follow all safety and operational procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
