This is an hourly position with a wage range of $15.00 to $24.40, depending on experience. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day
  • Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
  • Ability to perform motions such as bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
  • Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
  • Ability to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks and heavy machinery
  • May require use of ladders

Job Duties

  • Produces quality breads and pastries
  • Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
  • Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
  • Stocks dry products
  • Develops new recipes and production techniques
  • Trains production personnel
  • Performs production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
  • Maintains production modules in the Datapax system
  • Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed and dressed
  • Provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling techniques
  • Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
  • Follows established procedures for health, sanitation, and safe work practices
  • Maintains clean and sanitary working environment and equipment
  • Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
  • Reports safety hazards and violations
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
