Job Requirements
- no prior retail experience required
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- standing and walking for 6-8 hours per day
- hand use skills including grasping and manipulation
- ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- able to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capable of using tools and equipment such as knives and pallet jacks
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Produces quality breads and pastries
- produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- stocks dry products
- develops new recipes and production techniques
- trains production personnel
- performs production planning and forecasting for events and holidays
- maintains all production modules in the Datapax system
- provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling techniques
- maximizes sales potential through preparation, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
- complies with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- maintains clean and sanitary work environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties
- reports safety hazards
- performs other duties as assigned
