Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as a bakery production chef in a hospitality role
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Conversational Spanish required
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and environments
- Willingness to work long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina for demanding shifts
- Proficiency with pars, ordering, inventory, vendor management, and maintenance systems

- Proven leadership experience in bakery kitchen management and team development
- Strong operational and strategic planning skills
- Ability to innovate and refine bakery recipes with attention to Hawaiian flavors

- Proficient in inventory, ordering, vendor management, and maintenance systems
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive business growth
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision making
Job Duties

- Demonstrate strong understanding of Hawaiian flavors and innovate new bakery dishes including costing and training
- Take full ownership of bakery kitchen success, driving initiatives and making bold decisions
- Lead flawless execution of all bakery kitchen operations ensuring quality and consistency
- Build and develop a strong kitchen team fostering transparency and continuous growth
- Collaborate with other divisions to enhance ‘ohana culture, build sales and increase exposure
- Manage ordering and scheduling with focus on demand planning, especially for holidays
- Build and maintain digital and operational systems ensuring compliance
- Drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and maintain key business metrics
- Partner with marketing to provide bakery content for campaigns that boost brand visibility and customer engagement
