Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as a bakery production chef in a hospitality role
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Conversational Spanish required
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and environments
- Willingness to work long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina for demanding shifts
- Proficiency with pars, ordering, inventory, vendor management, and maintenance systems

- Partner with marketing to provide bakery content for campaigns that boost brand visibility and customer engagement
