The role of Production Bakery Cake Associate at 85 Degree C specifically involves working in the Back of House within the Central Kitchen. In this position, associates are responsible for producing high-quality cakes, decorating them with precision, and preparing them for delivery. Training is provided to ensure that associates can meet the company’s stringent quality standards and operate efficiently within the Central Kitchen environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher
  • enforce health department regulations and be servsafe certified
  • weekend and holiday availability
  • must be at least 18 years of age to apply
  • physically able to perform moderate lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
  • able to stand for extended periods
  • able to work in coolers and freezers
  • able to perform repetitive hand motions and reaching overhead

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher
  • fast food or retail experience is preferred
  • strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • acceptable verbal english communication skill

Job Duties

  • Bake and decorate quality 85 degree c baked goods
  • package finished goods and date appropriately
  • maintain a clean and healthy work environment
  • perform daily operations including separating, making, filling, baking, and receiving inventory
  • teamwork, follow direction and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service
  • provide sufficient bread products and maintain bread quality to meet 85 degree c standard and complete designated tasks perfectly
  • be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines
