Job Requirements
- Experience operating machinery preferred
- Food industry experience preferred
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- English/Spanish bilingual a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Willingness to work overtime or varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Operates basic machines to combine raw and processed ingredients into intermediate food products
- Sets up machines for production runs including loading materials and adjusting settings
- Observes machine operation to ensure quality and conformity to company guidelines
- Inspects parts to specifications and makes adjustments or tool changes to maintain quality
- Cleans and sanitizes machines according to company guidelines and machine specifications
- Ensures product date, weight, and temperatures are within established guidelines
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work area
