Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in a managerial role
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Possess business acumen and excellent time management skills
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and commitment to food safety practices
- Ability to work in varied temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerators and freezers
- Strong attention to detail, business acumen, self-motivation, and the capability to work independently
- Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including nights and weekends, to support operational needs
Job Duties
- Collaborating with the Bakery Manager to facilitate smooth and efficient operations
- Managing inventory by ordering, displaying, and maintaining bakery items
- Assisting in training, developing, and motivating Associates to foster a cohesive and high-performing team
- Upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards, adhering to proper food-handling protocols
- Providing friendly and exceptional service to all customers
