The Bakery Manager role at Albertsons Companies is an essential leadership position responsible for overseeing all facets of the Bakery Department. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bakery, food service, or retail management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Knowledge of bakery operations and decorating techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Assist customers with orders, special requests, and product recommendations
  • Hire, train, and develop bakery associates, decorators, and clerks
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Create effective schedules based on business needs and production requirements
