The role of Bakery Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market is a critical leadership position responsible for the overall performance of the Bakery Department. This full-time role involves managing daily baking, production, and display of bakery products such as cookies, bread, and muffins using proven ingredients to maintain quality and consistency. The Bakery Manager supervises team members, tracks inventory, manages the department budget, and ensures compliance with company standards for safety, food handling, sanitation, and productivity. A vital part of the role is to evaluate department conditions to identify strengths and areas for improvement and develop enhanced operational practices and procedures.

In addition to overseeing operations, the Bakery Manager is responsible for correct ordering, receiving, unloading, and storage, as well as executing product rotation and building attractive displays.
