The role of the Bakery Manager at Nothing Bundt Cakes is a key leadership position responsible for the smooth operation of the bakery. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in retail or food service environment preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Responsible for the supervision of all employees in each department
