Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- two or more years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education
- minimum 18 years of age
- food handler certification required
- manager food safety certification required
- partners must be 21 years or older to drive for company business
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to safely operate bakery equipment
- ability to maintain safe working environment
- ability to effectively communicate with customers and partners
Job Qualifications

- food handler certification
- manager food safety certification
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to lead and motivate others
- proficiency with scheduling software systems
- knowledge of inventory management and in-store ordering machines
- ability to operate bakery tools and equipment safely
- ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Carry out management responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, and developing partners
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance, reward, and discipline partners
- schedule, address complaints, and resolve problems
- review historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions
- manage inventory using item management processes to ensure satisfactory in-stock levels
- review profit and loss, sales, shrink, and labor data
- provide verbal or written summary to upper management
- check inventory on trucks, unload products, and ensure accuracy of inventory
- manage bakery sales, labor, and meet financial and profitability objectives
- enforce quality control and food safety standards
- ensure dated products are stocked and rotated properly
- inspect baked goods for quality using aroma, flavor, taste, texture, and color
- plan and determine work priorities for self and department personnel based on workload and forecasts
- help with all aspects of bakery production including preparing, packaging, labeling, catering, and occasional delivery
- decorate baked goods creatively, promote themes, and merchandise product through appealing displays
- maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary working and shopping environment
- provide friendly and customer-service-oriented attitude by greeting customers, answering questions, and taking orders
