Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, baking, and/or culinary
- Ability to read and follow merchandising plans and schematics
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays

- Ability to read, understand, and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics for merchandising
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Greet guests and proactively assist them in a friendly manner with accurate and timely service
- Make recommendations and accommodate guest requests
- Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, and reduce shrink and damage
- Properly receive and stock goods following rotation standards when replenishing product levels
- Handle, slice, and prepare specialty breads, pastry items, and Convenient Meal Solutions throughout the day
- Direct teams to properly receive, stock, and merchandise goods according to The Fresh Market standards
- Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and through internal training platforms
