Job Requirements

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in bakery or similar food service setting preferred
  • availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail or food service environment
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to coach and develop team members effectively
  • experience with scheduling and operational planning
  • basic knowledge of payroll and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Prioritizes the guest experience and models superior guest engagement
  • fosters a positive work environment
  • engages frequently with team members
  • provides continuous coaching and follow up to develop team and manage performance
  • possesses strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations and identify issues, develop solutions and take appropriate action
  • creates and communicates weekly sales productivity goals, cake production plan, and team schedule, adjusting bakery coverage based on business trends
  • performs administrative functions including payroll processing, sales, labor and product inventory reporting, and basic accounting procedures
