Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in bakery or similar food service setting preferred
- availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

- Proven leadership experience in a retail or food service environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to coach and develop team members effectively
- experience with scheduling and operational planning
- basic knowledge of payroll and inventory management

Job Duties
- Prioritizes the guest experience and models superior guest engagement
- fosters a positive work environment
- engages frequently with team members
- provides continuous coaching and follow up to develop team and manage performance
- possesses strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations and identify issues, develop solutions and take appropriate action
- creates and communicates weekly sales productivity goals, cake production plan, and team schedule, adjusting bakery coverage based on business trends
- performs administrative functions including payroll processing, sales, labor and product inventory reporting, and basic accounting procedures
