The role requires open availability during business hours, with most shifts scheduled from mid-day to closing time. Weekend availability is mandatory, as the weekends represent peak operational periods for our establishment. This is an hourly position with opportunities for overtime, typically requiring 40 to 45 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to manage a diverse team effectively. Prior management experience is essential, as candidates without previous management roles will not be considered.
