We are currently recruiting Store Management Team Members to be part of our exciting journey. This role entails a comprehensive range of management responsibilities focused on optimizing all aspects of store performance. Store managers play an essential role in leading store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction, managing costs effectively, and implementing training programs for team members. The role requires a hands-on leader who can take accountability for the business success of their store, drive sales growth through operational excellence, and instill a strong culture of teamwork and professionalism.

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing periodic performance reports, including sales control and employee scheduling, to ensure the store meets its financial and operational goals. You will organize and supervise employee shifts to ensure smooth, continuous service while overseeing inventory management, including checking stock levels and ordering necessary supplies. Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, as well as health and safety practices, is a critical aspect of this role. In addition to these core responsibilities, store management team members may be tasked with other duties as required by the dynamic nature of the retail environment.

Successful candidates will also demonstrate versatility by cross-training in multiple departments, such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar, to better support the store's overall functioning. Job Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years progressive experience in fast food or related food operations at leadership level
  • Strong organizational, communications and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines under changing demands
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Good attendance
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary
  • Excellent work ethic and teamwork
  • Adaptability to 85°C Bakery Cafe concept
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Associate/Bachelor degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores
  • Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation
  • Prepare periodic report, to include sales control, employee scheduling, etc.
  • Organize and supervise the employee shifts
  • Participate in management and personnel meetings
  • Check stock levels and order supplies and materials
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • Additional duties at store when circumstances dictate
  • Cross train in each department including bread, cake, POS, bar
