The Store Management Team members are responsible for ensuring the overall profitability of their respective stores by implementing efficient operational practices and delivering superior customer experiences. Key responsibilities include preparing periodic reports such as sales control and employee scheduling, managing employee shifts, monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and partaking in management meetings. Employees are also expected to cross-train in various departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar to gain a comprehensive understanding of store operations and enhance operational flexibility.

This role also demands a hands-on approach, as additional duties may be assigned based on store needs or changing business demands. The position requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and performing repetitive motions such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching, often in varying temperature conditions such as coolers and freezers.
