Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years progressive experience in fast food or related food operations at leadership level
- strong organizational skills
- effective communication and leadership ability
- capacity to multitask under tight deadlines
- proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word and Excel
- reliable attendance with flexibility to work overtime
- strong work ethic and ability to collaborate within teams
- ability to adapt and fully understand the 85°C Bakery Cafe concept
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- willingness to perform moderate physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for long periods, bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in temperature-controlled environments
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years progressive experience in fast food or related food operations at leadership level
- strong organizational, communications and leadership skills
- ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines
- proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- good attendance and availability to work overtime

- availability to work on weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores
- ensure all employees take breaks on time
- organize and supervise the employee shifts
- participate in management and personnel meetings
- check stock levels and keep note of supplies
- maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- perform additional duties at store when circumstances dictate
- cross train store associates in each department including Bread, Cake, POS, Bar
