Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years progressive experience in fast food or related food operations at leadership level
  • strong organizational skills
  • effective communication and leadership ability
  • capacity to multitask under tight deadlines
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word and Excel
  • reliable attendance with flexibility to work overtime
  • strong work ethic and ability to collaborate within teams
  • ability to adapt and fully understand the 85°C Bakery Cafe concept
  • availability to work weekends and holidays
  • willingness to perform moderate physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for long periods, bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in temperature-controlled environments

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years progressive experience in fast food or related food operations at leadership level
  • strong organizational, communications and leadership skills
  • ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines
  • proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • good attendance and availability to work overtime
  • excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts

  • availability to work on weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores
  • ensure all employees take breaks on time
  • organize and supervise the employee shifts
  • participate in management and personnel meetings
  • check stock levels and keep note of supplies
  • maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • perform additional duties at store when circumstances dictate
  • cross train store associates in each department including Bread, Cake, POS, Bar
