Job Requirements
- valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification
- 2 years of experience in bakery operations, retail, or food production
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds
- willingness to handle occasional heavier lifting with assistance
- ability to work in temperature variations from ovens, freezers, and refrigerators
- awareness of potential exposure to cleaning agents and bakery-related allergens
- strong knowledge of bakery production processes
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- must maintain required training and certifications
- good organizational and data analysis skills
