The Bakery Lead position at BJ's Wholesale Club is a critical role responsible for overseeing bakery production and operational standards within the bakery department. Job Requirements

  • valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification
  • 2 years of experience in bakery operations, retail, or food production
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
  • ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds
  • willingness to handle occasional heavier lifting with assistance
  • ability to work in temperature variations from ovens, freezers, and refrigerators
  • awareness of potential exposure to cleaning agents and bakery-related allergens
  • strong knowledge of bakery production processes
  • proficiency in basic computer applications
