Job Requirements

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all required job training and assessments

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Knowledge of bakery production including decorating preferred
- Food handler certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for operational decisions
Job Duties
- Supervise the bakery team to deliver on business plans and company goals
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery products, production, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory policies
- Utilize digital tools and technology to drive sales and improve operational efficiency
- Plan and manage staffing and bakery volume to meet production needs
- Train and develop team members to deliver high-quality bakery products
- Collaborate with other department leads to ensure overall club success and customer satisfaction
