Job Requirements
- Minimum six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
- Adherence to company policies and safety standards

- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Familiarity with digital tools used in retail operations
- Preferred experience in bakery production and decorating
- Food handler certification is preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise the bakery team to execute business goals and company programs
- Maintain expert knowledge of bakery operations including production, safety, sanitation, and inventory management
- Utilize digital and handheld technology to manage bakery operations and improve sales
- Ensure the bakery department complies with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Train and mentor associates to improve skills and support career growth
- Collaborate with other team leaders to meet overall club objectives
- Promote a culture of respect, integrity, and inclusivity within the bakery department
