Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
  • Adherence to company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum six months experience in bakery production or team supervision
  • Ability to model leadership and foster teamwork
  • Knowledge of bakery products, production processes, and safety standards
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools used in retail operations
  • Preferred experience in bakery production and decorating
  • Food handler certification is preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise the bakery team to execute business goals and company programs
  • Maintain expert knowledge of bakery operations including production, safety, sanitation, and inventory management
  • Utilize digital and handheld technology to manage bakery operations and improve sales
  • Ensure the bakery department complies with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Train and mentor associates to improve skills and support career growth
  • Collaborate with other team leaders to meet overall club objectives
  • Promote a culture of respect, integrity, and inclusivity within the bakery department
