Job Description

Stone Ground Bakery and Wheat Montana Bakery and Deli are renowned leaders in the Intermountain bakery industry and premium flour production. These establishments have built a strong reputation for their dedication to crafting high-quality baked goods from the finest ingredients. As the baker's choice for flour, they proudly maintain a bakery presence in both Salt Lake City, Utah, and Three Forks, Montana, representing a unique geographic footprint that allows them to serve a diverse and growing customer base with excellence and passion. Their commitment goes beyond simply producing bakery products; it encompasses a mission to delight customers with consistently delicious and wholesome products that add joy to every occasion.

The Bakery Generalist is a pivotal role within the commercial bakery operations of Stone Ground Bakery and Wheat Montana Bakery and Deli. This position focuses on the production of breads and buns, ensuring that each batch not only meets but exceeds quality and food safety standards. The individual taking on this role will have hands-on involvement in multiple stages of the baking process — from accurate preparation of ingredients to the final packaging and boxing of finished goods. Given the nature of the work environment and product specifications, the Bakery Generalist must exhibit meticulous attention to detail, a strong commitment to hygiene and safety, and collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with the production team. This full-time role supports the continuous flow of production lines, helping to maintain operational efficiency while preserving the hallmark quality that the brand stands for. By engaging with modern bakery machinery and adhering to strict safety protocols, the Bakery Generalist plays an essential part in sustaining the brand’s reputation for exceptional baked goods, ensuring that every loaf and bun reflects artisanal craftsmanship and meets consumer expectations.
