The position available is a Bakery Team Member role, an essential part of BJ's Wholesale Club's bakery department. This role focuses on proving and baking all unfinished bakery goods according to product handling guidelines, using ovens and other bakery equipment to ensure quality and freshness. The team member will unpack and display bakery goods, carefully following production charts to meet display and inventory needs. Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in the bakery is paramount to ensure compliance with food safety policies and enhance the members' experience. As a Bakery Team Member, the individual will be responsible for answering member inquiries and taking special orders to provide customized service.
